The climate of Skiathos is transitional Mediterranean which means the island boasts hot summers, and relatively cold winters. Summer runs from June to September with maximum temperatures of around 30 degrees, with rainfall being rare, making the air feel humid. Rainfall is higher from October to April but often falls as short showers or thunderstorms so isn't in the abundance.
